We are growing rapidly and have many exciting projects coming up, and now we’re looking for new team members to join us at all our three offices, meaning our head quarter located at Kammakargatan 23 in Stockholm, our Norwegian office, located at Tordenshiolds gate 3 in Oslo and our Finnish office, located at Telakkakatu 6 in Helsinki.

What you’ll do at United Screens Branded Content team?


  • · Project management, which includes to be utterly responsible for the implementation of branded content campaigns.
  • · Work closely with our creative sales team and our producers to invent and build creative concepts, as a respond to clients or agencies briefs.
  • · Set up accurate budget calculation(s) for branded content projects and keep the budgets.
  • · Have close contact with our creative sales team, partner management team, our legal team, United Screens’ partners (youtubers, creators, musicians and influencers), and our internal production team.
  • · Keep track of and keep deadlines.
  • · Ensure that the implementations of the campaigns corresponds to the agreement between clients and/or agencies and United Screens.
  • · Together with the account manager, do regular follow-ups during and after the branded content campaign is finished.
  • · Always make sure that United Screens’ clients and our partners are overly satisfied with our campaigns.
  • · Support the sales team with presentations, including creator profiles and be present at meeting with clients and agencies.

 

Who you are at United Screens Branded Content team?


  • ·You have a proven record of effective project management and well-organized complex campaigns and/or events.
  • · You have great ability to set and hold budget calculations during projects.
  • · You are able to work in a fast-paced environment across external and internal teams to deliver creative, precise and innovative campaigns that meets budgets and clients expectations.
  • · You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • · You might have an university degree and/or extensive experience in managing and lead complex ad campaigns and/or events.
  • · You might have been working with sales in previous positions.
  • · You are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English.

What you’ll do as Digital Planner at United Screens


  • · Estimate, book, manage, optimize and follow up on our clients’ ad space campaigns within United Screens’ premium multi platform network via Double Click for Publishers.
    · Be point of contact concerning ad space campaigns for clients and media agencies.
    · By managing and optimizing our clients campaigns you will help meet and exceed advertising revenue goals.
    · Work closely with our creative sales team, our finance department and partner management team to maximize revenue for our clients and our partners.
    · Take full responsibility for administration – status reports, contact reports, minutes, agendas, distribution of competitive information to client.
    · Be accountable for productivity, accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    · Be responsible for ensuring that the sales team has access to the latest updates and information i.e. audience reporting, 3rd party data, sales data, effectiveness research and inventory reports.
    · Draw insights from research or information generated, that’s useful to clients in the development of planning.
    · Represent United Screens at media and advertising events and serve as a brand ambassador.

 

Who you are as Digital Planner at United Screens


  • · You have a deep understanding, and interest of digital advertising, platforms and its metrics.
  • · You have knowledge and experience of executing digital ad campaigns in one or many search engines, online video platforms and/or social medias.
  • · You are strong in your negotiation skills – the ability to present effectively and close the deal.
  • · You are able to work in a fast-paced environment across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns.
  • · You are able to manage own time and workload effectively.
  • · You have knowledge about Double Click, AdForm, Audience Report, Sismek, Adwords, Adword for video and other digital relevant tools for buying and tracking, and have an understanding of relevant tracking tools used by agencies and clients.
  • · You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrate a significant level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • · You like to express yourself in text, are accurate, are not afraid to meet new people and have a high sense of service.
  • · You might have an university degree and/or extensive experience in digital media sales.
  • · You are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English.
